Very rude staff and poor customer service. No manners.

AVOID!!! I made an order and paid extra to have a delivery before 12pm but the order did not arrive. I called to enquire about the order and the person I spoke to by the name of Maria had such a bad attitude with no remorse or taking responsibility for not being able to fulfil my order. All she said to me is that "there's 3 other people who also paid extra". That's type of attitude made me cancel my order and requested for a full refund. DO NOT BUY from them!! I want to support small business but that type of attitude is not acceptable when you're spending above average.

Reliable delivery and the flowers look even more stunning in person. This is the best flower delivery place around. Update: I just emailed them with a question and got a phone-call reply within 5 minutes! If only every store were this responsive and helpful!

This is the FIRST time that I have ordered flowers from this company. I ordered my bouquet of flowers one week ago to arrive on my sister's birthday 25 Feb embarrassingly my sister informed me that there was NO show at 7 30pm and still waiting..disappointing 55.00 Update..Beautiful flowers sister sent a picture WITH OUT the chocolates The flowers eventually arrived at 8:30pm!!!!!! Delivery man apologised stating he was caught up in traffic and her delivery was the last one Sadly they have a late delivery service with unmanned phones when things go wrong after 6pm.

Stay away !!! Rude staff and bad service. Ordered flowers for same day delivery, and got emailed to pay a higher fee for that, which I did. When I inquired about the order not being out for delivery yet at 6 pm (their shop closes at 7 pm) the team replied with the following: These were ordered today. We already had 285 orders which needed to be delivered before yours as they were ordered before yours. These are therefore on a delivery route with a driver for a later delivery. These will be delivered later this evening which is till today however obviously the orders are sent out on a first come first serve basis and all deliveries are sent out accordingly. After their not-so-polite email, the order was still delivered the day after (a valentines day order), and looked nothing like the bouquet on their website.
