We are just going to the end of an awful experience with Poggenpohl. Kevin did a very good design for us, but unfortunately Ardalan admittedly took the measurements from the wrong point for our survey. Therefore, the 2 worktop runs come up further than we planned. Furthermore, the kitchen fitter wasnt very good and fitted the 2 worktops out of sync with each other, which looked terrible. Then the fitter had to fit 1 of the worktop runs twice to try and redeem this. This still wasnt good enough so to try and make the appearance of the finish better we had to compromise to accept a wider end panel on one of the runs. All of these adjustments werent according to the plan I signed off and expected. The delays to get this all fixed have taken weeks, and cost us more than the cost of the kitchen. Poggenpohl have admitted to incorrectly surveying the site, and only given us nicer cutlery trays in way of apology. I am very disappointed in the quality of service and fitting that we have recieved. We went with Poggenpohl because we expected better, I wonder if some of these good online reviews are from a PR company and not geniune clients as our experience has been a shambles. The very least they could have offered a partial refund on the kitchen/ fitting costs, and it's offensive they think a nicer cutlery tray is an acceptable compensation for not supplying what we paid for and the delays/ extreme stress this whole situation has caused.

I have used Poggenpohl over a number of years for my design business in Kensington and I cannot express how amazing Kevin has been with regards to my vision! His patience and helpfulness has created fantastic end results for myself and my clients. The process from start to finish has been joyous and I cannot thank you enough!
