I would highly recommend Chelsea Green Valet. They were absolutely brilliant and very professional. They went above and beyond to get my laundry washed and dried in time for me to catch a flight. Thank you for being amazing.

I sent some laundry via the pickup and drop off service. I noticed the bag returned to me was lighter, but didnt think anything of it at the time. A day later I contacted them to let them know a number of items were missing. They very kindly offered to replace the missing items without question. Their customer service was brilliant during this process and I felt like they genuinely cared about making things right. I have had things dry cleaned here also and the service is excellent, especially with delicate and hard to clean items.
