I ordered at 8:45 got told 1hr, 10:15 rang to see where it was apparently walking out the door.Rang just 20mins later live in Stanley no answer continue to ring till 10:57 no answer no food........ Brilliant service NOT.... update food is still meant to be coming not holding breath no matter how many sorries. Food just come11:30

Twice 2 days in a row whoever is delivering your menus to Burnhope they've left my gate swinging open. Luckily I noticed both times before letting my dog out. Not ok.
