Took a visit to car barn whilst undergoing chemotherapy. Despite not looking or feeling my best, I wanted some respite from the rigours of my treatment. No welcome was given, nor acknowledgement of my presence was made. The situation was repeated at Aston Workshop (which is part of the same business), so it must be a company-specific culture. Maybe the 944 that I arrived in was judged as being below their level? Later that afternoon I popped into Silverwood cars and received a warm welcome.
