Our experience with Northshore Custom Conversions Ltd from searching for a company to convert a VW Transporter to delivery and after service has been excellent. Their website stood out from the competition with their offering being well described and proving to be accurate to the service and product that was delivered. Dealing with Steve and Mike has been an absolute pleasure. Their guidance and knowledge has been invaluable from specifying the original van through every stage of the conversion. We are totally delighted with the end result and looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our camper. We couldnt praise Northshore Custom Conversions Ltd enough. Northshore Customs offer exceptional service from start to finish. Right from when you are considering options and shopping around, they stand out from the rest by taking their time with you, offering tons of knowledge and advice, based on many years of experience of owning and building vans. I had a fairly loose idea of what I wanted at first, but they helped me look at pros and cons of different layouts and I ended up with exactly what worked for me and the family. When it comes to the build, even though they are really busy and a team of two, they still work hard to fit with your timeline. We had a deadline of the school holidays and they pulled out all the stops to get us on holiday, on time.This was during COVID too, when supply chains meant parts were a real struggle. On build quality, they offer an exceptional product. I am writing this review after using the van pretty hard for 12 months, many holidays with two small kids, who love pulling on stuff and jumping on things. In all that time, we've had a loose connection on an LED cable light and that is it! Even then, they fixed it for me free of charge. They only use the best materials and their accurate CAD designs and CNC cutting mean everything is super accurate and a perfect fit. The quality of the finish is second to none. Finally, after sales support is brilliant too. Any questions or queries are responded to same or next day. If you need any further mods, they are happy to help. It can only be 5 Stars. Steve and Mike have done a fantastic job on the carpeting of my van, along with the supply and fit of a solar panel. The attention to detail is second-to-none and they provided the confidence I was looking for because they gave as much time as I needed to discuss exactly what I was after, followed by lots of photos showing the progress. On top of all that, they're both incredibly friendly and easy to get on with - I wouldn't hesitate to go back for more work if and when I need it, or to recommend them to anyone else.
