Elias Structural Engineers

We are in a middle of the project and it is really really hard to get a hold of Elias. It took him weeks to get back to us for revise drawing and now haven't response at all after the queries from the building reg inspector. Our project is being hold until we get any response at all and I'm beyond frustrated. I will come back to this review once project finish , but it's not exactly a smooth one so far when your engineer do not response to anything :( We are living in construction sites for the last one month and we don't know how long it's going to be if this keep dragging on. We now have to also re-schedule all other works that were booked after structural change. Even the building reg inspector said he will get his engineer to review it quickly if we can provide him detail ( which we haven't got it so far )

Elias provided structural engineering services for a loft conversion project. I found his attitude to be very endearing and he is certainly and asset for any construction project. The turnaround time was swift and I would highly recommend his services.
