        Malcolm of Blinds Etcetera came highly recommend to me and did not disappoint! The whole process was so easy, I never felt any pressure at all and communication was second to none. He came out and checked my measurements as I have odd windows and we talked through every option imaginable from frames to fixings, colours and materials and settled on shutters that have transformed the room. Most importantly they were able to work around my awful shift patterns and I was never made to feel like I was trouble for them as I sometimes have been in the past. I can't believe I waited so long to get these in the first place and will 100% be getting Malcolm back in for the upstairs windows soon!
