Had to change my review because I found out today that they transferred money into the wrong bank account (totally different person in the family) & we have to go into the branch to put it right because they can only do this in the bank - so online & telephone banking is pretty much useless!

It is so nice just to be able to walk into a local branch of a bank without having to travel for miles just to deposit money.
