I had a TERRIBLE experience with this shop. I brought earrings which cost 179 and which broke after me having worn them twice (I was very careful with them and they looked like they had been very cheaply made with a huge mark up on the price). When I called up to ask if I could get some kind of compensation for this, eg a credit note or refund, the manager of the store was incredibly rude and accusational and said it was basically not her problem. Eventually I ended up speaking to the person who owned the store who told me that 200 was not a lot of money for jewellery and that I should not be surprised or upset that earrings costing that amount did not last long. I then suggested that I would tell my friends about his store and how they had behaved and he basically told me he didnt care as I didnt sound like I had wealthy friends?! I was left appalled and after that he told me he was going to hang up. I have never been treated so badly in my life by a company. They are incredibly nice to you when you are in the shop but are deeply unpleasant underneath. I would strongly advise people to stay away from this store - the whole situation has been very upsetting. I may as well have just handed Concept over nearly 200 and got nothing for it in return.
