        Ordered the lightenex gold serum and received what looked like an imitation with a different packaging and a different statement of what the product did. The real lightenex gold serum said it treated deep hyperpigmentation whereas the imitation said reduces dark patches. I reported the issue with supporting pictures and demanded to be reimbursed. This was refused to me...reason: the product packaging changed but they did not get a chance to update it on their website. I looked on Google and none of the other retailers made mention of the change of packaging. The manufacturer did not either!!!! The fact that they refused to take my issue into consideration and refused to refund me despite strong evidence tell it all. Avoid buying from Skinoracle by all means! Also they are not listed as stockist/retailer for lightenex products. I verified this.

        Clearly the product went out of stock after i ordered, but I was never notified. A week later I check my bank account and see the money left and was put straight back in, so I had been waiting for nothing due to poor communication and incorrect product information.
