Richard and the team have been fabulous throughout the sale of my property, it has been a complex situation. My property was tenanted, needed some maintenance work, lease changes etc and Richard took care of everything in his stride. Richard and his team definitely worked for their payment and gave me a completely stress free sale. All of this and I live around 200 miles away from the property so his professionalism, engagement with my tenant, liaising with the buyer and solicitors, then keeping me informed was fantastic and extremely helpful.
