On the phone for less than a minute and he instantly started bashing the property trying to tell me its worth 30k less than what it was valued at only a few weeks ago. I aint sticking round to see what other rubbish he was going to try and spout. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience selling my property with Richard. I found Richard a very straight talking person, very honest, pleasant and easy to deal with. I decided Id like to sell this place quickly as my long term tenants had left and I felt it was time to move on. I was really happy with the price that Richard offered, it was extremely fair and was what I wanted based on the current market in the area. I was initially a bit sceptical when I called up as Id heard that quick cash sales were always for much less than the market value, well not in this case! It was also a major bonus that it saved me the stress of waiting around for offers with an empty property, and having viewings when I live at the other end of the country. I couldnt believe how quickly Richard found me a buyer, I couldnt really have asked for more. The sale was very smooth, and everything was taken care of for me. The solicitors that were provided were very efficient and Richard was always on hand to answer any questions. If youre after a quick sale but for a fair price, then Id recommend this service wholeheartedly.
