An Argos employee attempted to install my washer/dryer however but he told me that I needed to contact an electrician since there was something wrong with the circuits.
An electrician from this company came over and said that there was nothing wrong with the circuits so I would not get charged because I was incorrectly referred to them by the Argos member of staff.
Over a year later I receive a threatening letter saying that I need to pay in full otherwise further action may be taken.
I tried to explain my situation through email, but there was no response. I also tried to ring them, but I would only get through to their voicemail.
Please do not use this company!
