We used RSS to install a fire door as the front door to our flat. Given the slightly unusual requirements it was very difficult to find anyone who could help us, but RSS were just what we needed! Lisa was excellent and gave us a lot of time and advice before we had even agreed to buy the door. The installer was very tidy and polite, and worked carefully for nearly 12 hours! What a hard worker! We were very impressed with his great attention to detail and the fire safety regulations. The painter also did a great job and we are very happy with the final product! I would heartily recommend RSS for their care, expertise and friendliness. They really went above and beyond. Thank you!

Very impressed with the service from RSS. We needed new fire doors fitting to our residential block and they provided the expertise from start to finish, ensuring we got a cost effective and compliant solution. Their workmen were also great; the cleanest/tidiest crew weve ever dealt with and very considerate when it came to making noise and working around the residents.

I needed someone to fit a fire door that we had purchased online. It needed fitting properly to be properly fire safe. I picked RSS because their website indicated they had the best expertise in this area although they were not the most local to me in East Kent. The communications prior to the appointment were good (another time I would just buy the door via RSS rather than online as I didnt get the right stuff.) The fitter arrived on time. He was very good and solved several problems we had with the fire door space on our build. This has been one of those nightmare builds and we have had a couple of people who have royally messed up. Luckily RSS were not one of those and we were very happy. Recommended.

It was such a refreshing pleasure to deal with this company for supply and fit of a FD30 compliant fire door to a privately owned flat in a council block. Customer service is responsive and always dealt with my queries politely and efficiently. Lisa is a great asset to your company! Measuring and fitting was also very professional and completed to a high standard and they always came on time as arranged. The door itself looks really great and feels sturdy and high quality. A fair price quoted (hate that ridiculous high pressure sell used by many others) for an excellent job so I couldn't be happier! Many thanks and look forward to dealing with you again in the future.
