        unprofessional, extremely long waiting time. Staff are very rude and may ask you to disclose your diagnosis/ confidential information at the shop counter in full public view including full address, any concerns they make up re your medication and if they feel you need a consultation, the whole experience is painful and humiliating. i would strongly advise switching chemists.
