Really pleased with the service of this organisation. The lady I saw who checked my eyes was very thorough. She thought I didn't need the eyewear and could still soldier on for the time being. I still went ahead with my purchase and James honoured a long negotiated discount. Will be calling the though as I hope my new glasses will have been made and arrived for collection.

After having a couple of bad opticians (missed my astigmatism ) finally found one that took the time to check things properly. Have just been back for 3rd year and renewed all my lenses ( varifocals) and am very happy with the service. The appointment was easy to book and my glasses came back a week later, again thank you very much James & Team.

Bad service , I had a problem with my eyes - my retina and they refused to help me unless I joined their direct debit scheme and booked an appointment -which was days away. Receptionist is so unhelpful and not at all good customer service . If you care for your eyes go elsewhere . I got unconditional help by another helpful opticians in the area.
