John Cottis were exceptional every step of the way in my home purchase, Mel, Steve and the rest of the team at John cottis are excellent! I worked with them on my house purchase which completed a week ago. They really did put a huge amount of effort into keeping the process on tract and never lost interest in my purchase. One of the best letting agency we've used. Very helpful, all issues were addressed straight away. No problems with getting the deposit back at the end of the tenancy.
