Colubrid absolutely smashed it for me, 7 viewings in the first few days, 2 offers one of which was above the asking price. These guys are friendly and exceeded all my expectations. I dont know how much more I could have asked for. I highly recommend.

Firstly i would like to thank Rob Gower at Colubrid. He is a true asset to the company. He made everything seamless, easy and stress-free for me. His communication was clear, constant and always very prompt. I cannot recommend this agency enough. I started the buying process last year with another agency, since dealing with Rob I now know what an agency role is. Rob and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was moved in quickly and smoothly. You can tell that they all work as a team (other members who were also helpful are Josh, Brad, and Maya) Rob was also honest regarding timelines and always managed my expectations incredibly well, always keeping on top of things.
