        I've been contacted by Euro-windows and we agreed they will do the job on a particular day, that was my day off work. I've waited from 9am but nobody showed up or answered the phone. At 12pm their job co-ordinator T Gale picked up the phone and told me he would find out when they are coming but he never returned a call. Stay away

        I would have given them a 0/5 if there was the option to do so. Appalling customer service. They IGNORE your emails and calls and postpone your window fixings with excuses like "today is raining, we cannot visit your premises" or "your window was broken on transit". Unfortunately I have to deal with them as our builder used them but if you have the option to choose; NEVER go for them.
