        Took a coat to be dry cleaned but when I went to collect on the agreed day, the coat was not ready yet, which wasn't a problem. They then offered to deliver the coat to my home address at the end of the day! Always had good service here but felt this was a bit above and beyond. Good value for money and the coat looks like new!

        Unfortunately, when i got home i noticed staines still on jacket. Since, I've found more. The one in the picture, i decided to dap it off with a sponge and plain water. It lifted out easily - i attach pics where I've cleaned it. I'm not impressed with being given garment back with staines which i managed to remove myself. I'm now questioning, did the garment go in the machine.
