Dr P Gurjar - Neera Medical Centre

Dr Gurnard is brilliant but need to train there reception staff better manors and I can only say there may be 1 or 2 that are helpful my husband and he's family have been with them for years I believe 60 or more and I think its disgusting how people are treated mow by the reception staff now will be complaining to the surgery manager ASAP

Great surgery. Never had trouble getting an appointment, medical secretaries are all polite and super helpful. Ive had to have 2 referrals and both have been done the same day. Doctors are lovely too and spend time explaining things and offer reassurance. Couldnt ask for a better practice.

Went to book an emergency appointment only to be discriminated for my mental & physical health by awful lady in the reception who then went on to smirk at me thinking it was funny to have discriminated against me. Will also be making an official complaint on my return for the appointment which they said they never had then low 'n' behold they got me one. Not a place to be trusted rude staff & tell falsehoods about numbers of actual availability of appointments. This has been my family doctors since the late 70's & never have I experienced anything so insulting as this before there. IF IT WAS AT ALL POSSIBLE I WOULD HAVE GIVE NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE

A truly awful experience. Reception staff are rude and completely unhelpful. They NEVER answer the phone. When I asked for my medical records, they purposefully waited for me to deregister before then claiming they couldn't release my records to me because I was no longer registered, even though I had asked for them before this. Absolutely horrendous and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
