A year later and I called to book in for another checkup as Ive had pain in my tooth and I also wanted to register my child. The receptionist doesnt seem to have a clue what shes doing, shes unprofessional and changes the excuses for not offering certain services to NHS patients when questioned. I was offered an appointment and when I asked to book in she said she would call me back as she had a lot of people waiting but never did.
Update: I never said you dont treat NHS patients, I said you discriminate against the, theres a difference. I also never said I was going elsewhere so why you would say good luck in the future further proves your lack of professionalism. The correct way to handle this wouldve been to try and reach out and rectify the situation.
