I finally plucked up the courage to go to a dentist after 7 years of putting it off m, due to be so nervousthis dental practice and in particular Sean have totally helped to overcome my fears! The staff are so calm friendly and lovely and Sean himself is patient and works with you to ease your fears. Highly recommend

Wrong information about prices. No price list. Hygiene was very poor. Very quickly, no polishing, no further recommendations to keep the teeth clean. I asked to pay more attention to the one tooth I have issue with but it was ignored. The therapist asked if I wanted additional airflow service which was extra 30, although I paid enough for the private treatment but didn't get it as it should be. Feeling frustrated.

Poor customer service and they discriminate against NHS patients. I Registered with this dentist shortly after lockdown in 2021, I was on Mat leave and noticed when I enquired about a checkup before booking my appointment they asked if I pay for my treatment. They asked the same question when I went for my appointment as I sat in the patients chair before they started my treatment. This lead me to believe they do not give NHS patients a thorough service because they arent paying for treatment. A year later and I called to book in for another checkup as Ive had pain in my tooth and I also wanted to register my child. The receptionist doesnt seem to have a clue what shes doing, shes unprofessional and changes the excuses for not offering certain services to NHS patients when questioned. I was offered an appointment and when I asked to book in she said she would call me back as she had a lot of people waiting but never did. Update: I never said you dont treat NHS patients, I said you discriminate against the, theres a difference. I also never said I was going elsewhere so why you would say good luck in the future further proves your lack of professionalism. The correct way to handle this wouldve been to try and reach out and rectify the situation.

I went to the hygienist here last week, I have very sensitive teeth so wasn't a pleasant experience, not anyones fault, however she didn't polish my teeth, should this be done at a hygienist appointment?
