        Guided injection, excellent service, everything was explained, and any questions I had answered, I felt comfortable, and it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be, aftercare explained. Now wait and see if it works fingers crossed.

        Called so many times at different times and days but litteraly no one answers! Whats the point of saying call a number if no picks up??!!

        The women I saw was completely insensitive to my problem. Was in and out in what felt like a matter of seconds, it just felt like she did not want to deal with me. Seriously in the wrong line of work if you ask me.

        Awful. Told to come early for 715pm appt only to find IT systems down. Sent home after an hour. Got appt next day and couldnt park in tiny car park. Building a dump. Doctor was the rudest, least attentive person ever. She rushed the whole thing, talked over me and didnt seem to care about anything other than getting me out in less than a minute. I would never go here again and that doctor needs retraining. Awful woman.
