    Avoid if possible. These guys were sent round by our insurance company when our boiler broke down. From the moment the fella got out of the van he didn't instill any confidence. I was 90% sure what the problem was and explained. He opened the cupboard door took a picture of the model no. Agreed with me and said he will order a new fan. Didn't actually inspect the boiler at all. He told me it would a few days before the part would arrive and to call the insurance company to find out when they would come back to fit. Two day later i called the insurance and they said the job had been cancelled as the engineer said there was nothing wrong and nothing had been ordered. I eventually got the insurance company to let me use a local engineer who fixed it less than half an hour once the new fan arrived. Not before they advise we had 174 less to spend because that what these guys charged for taking a photo!! If they haven't been on Rogue Traders yet keep watching!! P.s only gave one star because i couldn't do less.
