Had this company to do some damp work and was very pleased. Turned up on time, did a great job and were polite and helpful. One thing, keep the tea coming!!

I was left disappointed by this company - twice. I paid 30 for their service of finding the cause of damp. On the day of the appointment a guy came to my house, he spend only 10 minutes, he measured the damp level with a 15 toy accessible on Ebay. He did not examine any areas which couldve potentially help discovering the cause of damp. I followed the instructions in his report and the issue did not go away. I spend 800 with three different companies since, fixing stuff based on guessing what might be the cause of damp. When i called Clarks again to come and re-assess, I was told in the most unfriendly and rude way that, I need to be calling the repairers as they haven't done their job properly. He than said he is certain this is contaminated plaster attracting water, and not the same issue. He promise to come again to give me a reassurance that this is it and if I call plasterer I wont be wasting my money. No one showed and no one called. Terrible Customer Service

These guys are fantastic. So helpful, so polite, clean, efficient -they did exactly what they promised, and then went above and beyond. I absolutely 100% would recommend them
