Ordered and paid for my bridesmaid dresses in full also ordered belts to be attached to the dresses which when I finally got them were not down on was not a full belt either only the buckle had to ring them on several occasions to get an update on when the dresses would arrive got told I would get a call back when they had checked which I did not I had to ring them again when the dresses finally arrived I was told they would call me when the dresses were ready to be picked up after 3 weeks I then called them to see if I could pick them up belts had to be sent back as one was missing diamants very disappointed with the service

Very slow service and difficult to get hold of. Would certainly not recommend as a wedding outfit retailer - was told 3 weeks before our wedding that the flower girl dresses we had ordered 4 months prior were not coming in. Were then given a choice out of 2 (cheaper) options and had to phone their supplier ourselves to actually find alternatives which were acceptable. Special Occasions then seemed annoyed at us for going directly to their supplier (even though this was the only way to get any service) and seemed to try their hardest to be as unhelpful as possible. Would recommend this store open as a normal clothing retailer where their outfits aren't needed on a certain timescale.In response to your feedback, in which I was expecting an apology, Im even further disappointed to see that you cant accept responsibility for the poor service provided. If you do offer contracts for dresses from your store, Im surprised we werent offered one This is far from a false review
