Twice I have been treated rudely when dealing with SD Furnishing. First back in Oct 2020 I described my dining room chairs over the phone to a member of staff who told me the guy would call me back to see if he was interested. Waited in all day and no phone call. I called back the next day to enquire as to why I never received a response and was told "oh he's not interested then." Nice to be actually told that! And again yesterday (10th May) I had arranged for someone to come look at my dining chairs ,but as expected a no show. No phone call out of courtesy to let me know they couldn't make it! Called after 15 minutes but no answer. I will be taking my furniture to someplace else who can be bothered and actually deserves them!
