        After booking an appointment at the salon with Jemma and receiving a text message to confirm the appointment. I arrived at my appointment time at 4.15 to be told they had doubled booked me. I waited for around 15 minutes thinking I could still have my treatment done but was spoken to quite rudely as they had a problem with their system. I came to the salon as wanted to relax hence why booking the head massage but was told that I wasnt able to have my treatments as she had another lady arriving at 4.30. The 4.30 client hadnt even arrived yet but instead of phoning them I was sent away instead without even an apology. I felt really disappointed, upset and to be honest quite humiliated. I wont be booking again.

        Ive been going to see Hayley for Skin Needling for the past few months. Treatment is fabulous and Ive really noticed a difference. Salon is beautiful and staff are extremely friendly. Im so glad I found this place and that its practically on my doorstep! Highly recommended.
