I have been so impressed with the customer service at travis Perkins at Stanford le hope. From the first encounter with the manager who gave us great advice to the wonderful delivery driver (derek I think) who we have seen twice. He literally went above and beyond to try at match up bricks to the ones we already had. We had a problem with our slabs and Amanda did a great job at quickly sorting out the problem and offering an alternative. When ever Ive called she has been so helpful. Its her that really triggered this email as its so refreshing to deal with someone that wants to help solve the problem. I will be recommending travis Perkins to all!
