The products are fine, but the communication with the company is very bad. After my order and payment no more responses to my email. This is the last time I ordered from here. Cannot recommend this company!

I'm converting a drum kit and was interested in their products. Sent them and email two weeks ago to ask them about their products and never received a response. I understand COVID is affecting everyone, but the lack of response, even to say they received my email, has made me put this as a second or even third option. Good looking products, bad costumer support.

Outstanding company, I genuinely do not understand how those few bad reviews came about. I have placed 3/4 orders from Jobeky and theyve all been dispatched extremely quickly (a couple of times within an hour of ordering). Triggers are well built and work well with Roland modules. I have been converting an acoustic drum kit, and after plugging the newly converted drums into the module (Roland TD25) I barely had to adjust any settings. They worked perfectly straight out of the box, just had to adjust rim sensitivity. The 3 ply mesh heads are well made, quiet, responsive, and look the part. Wouldnt change anything about them, theyre perfect. Jane has been very quick in responding to my emails while also being very helpful. Highly recommended if youre planning to converting your acoustic kit into an electronic one.
