        Incredibly rude, unhelpful staff who would much rather be on their phone than engage in any sort of conversation with you. They refused to serve us and lied saying that they were on strike. When we checked the Royal Mail website, the strike applied to Royal Mail delivery only. They just couldnt be bothered. We had to drive to Eynsham Post Office instead, where the customer service is far better. You actually get eye contact, and a smile. I cant understand how this Post Office has survived all this time with such poor service.
