Thanks Stuart for helping me out when my bike developed a bottom bracket problem this morning. His assistance allowed me to continue my ride and get home safely and under my own steam - it was much appreciated!

I've bought 3 bikes from Stuart in the last year (one for me, one for my husband, and one "spare" fold-out we use for guests). For reference, I use a road bike and do lots of long cycles, including a 30km daily commute (round trip). Stuart has provided excellent service for us. Whenever we've turned up, he has given us lots of bikes to try out and tries to find the best bike for whatever it's being used for. If needed, he gives it a thorough full service (including tyre changes if needed) before you take it home. Now I've had one of my bikes for a year, I have had zero issues - I spent about 560 and I use it every day! Definitely beats spending over 1k on a brand new bike. Great service and great conversation! I will recommend Stuart and the team to anyone I know looking for a bike.
