Dan is super! Fixed a leak from the bathroom that had been a problem for over a year and that several other plumbers couldn't fix. Dan was so professional, quick, and friendly. I very much recommend Dan & this company!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS We hired Dan to renovate our small en-suite bathroom however sadly we have had a terrible experience and therefore cannot recommend his services. We have had the following issues: Delays: We initially contacted Dan 4th July about the en-suite, and both agreed that the job be finished by no later than the end of October 2020 (due to a newborn on the way). Due to many reasons described below, it took him four and half months to carry out the work, finishing in March 2021. Unreliable: We lost count of the amount of times Dan promised to come round but didnt turn up without any communication. Based on texts back and forth this is at least 13 times (but likely more due to plenty of unanswered phone calls). Awful communication: Dan is incredibly difficult to get hold of over the phone, and rarely returns calls, texts and emails. He also hired a tiler as part of the work and didnt communicate the specifications clearly to him resulting in incorrect and incomplete work. Poor workmanship: Dan caused two leaks fitting the toilet and bath, one of which caused stains on the kitchen ceiling. Our towel rail fell off the wall after installation, we discovered a water hammer issue with the new toilet, the bath panel was poorly fitted, and the list goes on. Messy: Each time Dan visited, he has left us to tidy up after him, leaving the bathroom dirty and often leaving debris and waste materials in our bedroom strewn across our bed. Poor overall finish: Little care was made to the finish of the bathroom - such as the silicon, grouting and marks on new units. See photos attached (although they don't quite capture it all!) To give Dan credit, after we complained he did provide us with a discount and didn't charge us for the tiling work as he felt this was not up to the standard he would have hoped from the tiler he hired. It's sad to have to leave a bad review as we genuinely think Dan is friendly and has a can-do attitude, however his communication, reliability and application of his work has left much to be desired and we would never wish this experience on anyone else!
