Not enough seats had to bring my own

We had 3 oak windows made 6 years ago. We had problems with the window battons falling off very soon after. A few attempts were made to fix the problem by Mike but it never improved and then he became very difficult to contact or hear back from and since then the problem has affected all of the windows and the wood has warped. When he was contacted after 4 years because the double glazing he used had failed, he said the glass company had gone bust and there was nothing we could do. 6 months after using Mike I would have left positive reviews, but feel that with a long term investment such as windows that a long-view is needed and we have been sadly disappointed by the quality of the windows and lack of interest in rectifying these fairly fundamental problems.
