I have used this vets several times now for a number of different reasons and with all my pets every time I have been to this vets or even called for advice/help I have left more than satisfied with the vet and the rest of the team my animals also love a visit and have never liked going to vets before honestly would not go anywhere else!

This is the worst un-caring un-sociable rude and not how gets I've met in the past gave been. He doesn't even smile! So took my dog in with ear feet claw and leg problems. He was rude when I mentioned anything about the health problem of my pet. Didn't even take rhe time to even touch my dog before he made his conclusion..no checking in the ears which were causing my pet distress asked uf ge could just clip his claws as it was difficult for me being disabled to which he just said they do not need without again no touching if my pet they did need clipping as I felt they were causing him to be uncomfortable with them as long as they were. When I told him of my pets condition he even told me without any kind of touching or investigation that I was wrong and my pet didn't have the condition he's had for 17 months and that his conclusion was correct.. No investigation on any of the problems. And then got charged a ridiculous amount for 2 minutes of his time as that's all it was. No caring side to him at all.. Never again will I return I like my vet to show some kind of politeness and respect for my pet. And this is the vet the RSPCA use too. Shame they didn't see what I witnessed and how I felt. He doesn't show any kind of kindness just money in his pocket. Well not mine I'm afraid.
