Never had a photo or update whilst my dog stayed on two occasions. How do I know its a home from home. When I came to collect him they didnt know which dog was mine by that name. How many dogs are in there? Lots of desperate barking from the house and the barn which is where I presume my dog had been kept ..in a cage the whole stay? Its not what I was expecting. He came dashing out unleashed with no collar and scrambled into the road. He came out not only without his collar, but his bowl was lost on both occasions, his toy clearly not used at all. I have no evidence as to what care or attention he had whilst there. I got a bad vibe overall so would not use again. Weird how theres no photos of the interior or how many dogs they have at once on the website.

I was let down badly by Borthwicks Boarding..just because you have personal problems doesnt mean you neglect the business. My dog was booked in for 10 days in September-October..no word from her so continually emailed and phoned as time was growing nearer to our holiday, she didnt even apologise.would not recommend this boarding kennel if was was the last place on earth!!!!

Love this place. Every time my dogs go they absolutely love it. They used to go weekly during lockdown but now Im back in office if doesnt work as well due to not being geographically close, but my 3 dogs are booked in for boarding 3 times already this year as I wouldnt leave them anywhere else! When there, they are loved, cared for and I am sent pictures and updates. My dogs love Megan and her service is second to none
