I signed up to Julie's baby massage class when my baby was 5 weeks old. I had hopes that the massage would help with her trapped wind, and if not, at least it would get us out of the house once a week and meeting other mums & babies. What I wasn't expecting was for it to develop into such an important bonding experience for me and my baby. Previously, the contact time we were having all felt weighted with responsibility; feeding, winding, changing etc. Massage became a special time for the two of us to really get to know each other and have some fun. I learnt so much about my baby, her reflexes and natural responses. We have continued to sing the songs and do the movements at home and will probably do so forever. For that reason alone I cannot recommend Julie's baby massage enough. Of course the techniques we learned did help with the wind and we also met some lovely mums (and dads) and babies too. Not to mention Julie, who's passion and knowledge are second to none!

After using the teething, breath and sleep our 13month old had a fantastic nights sleep (7-7) after struggling with teething and a cold, would recommend!

I leant a lot in this course and really looked forward to it every week. Julie is very knowledgeable and extremely down to earth. I feel stronger and more empowered after doing it. I would highly recommend to all women

Julies Pelvic Awakening course is brilliant she takes the time to understand everyones needs and tailors the exercises to personal requirements. This course is fun, informative and produces positive results
