Otters Business Hub

I recently booked a hot desk at Otters Business Hub. The building itself is a very nice place to work and the atmosphere was very conducive to work. The WiFi connection was very fast and supported video calls and remote working with ease. The facilities are at a very high standard. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a space to work.

I visited Otter's to do some remote working and get a change of scenery. The style of the offices are incredible and very impressive. It's been beautifully designed, and I'm so glad we have this space in Stamford. The facilities are all in great condition with lovely kitchen and toilets. The team here are also very friendly and happy to help. For me personally, the only downside was that I found the 'hot desks' very small, and struggled to work on these. I do tend to spread myself out when I'm working and need my notepad and laptop side-by-side, which I couldn't do on these desks. I also struggled to get comfortable on the chairs as they were quite small (I'm by no means large), and very hard so I couldn't sit there all day. From what I could see the conference rooms and offices spaces look amazing. So I'll definitely hire a conference room in the future if I need one locally.

I worked at the hot desk and cannot fault the Otter Business Hub's facilities. The work environment was calm and quiet, and whilst the desk I was at was small it was more than enough for my laptop and documents. The kitchen facility was an added bonus: clean and modern with a fridge, microwave and kettle. Terri - the manager - was very welcoming and ready to answer any question and help with my requests. A lovely, quiet, welcoming space with great internet speed and cosy additional facilities.

We rented the conference room for a day and a half and the service was great, Terri has been so lovely and accommodating and we had full access to the kitchen. We would definitely come here again for future meetings.

This place is really accessible. I'm a freelancer so can't commit to contracts and ongoing costs so this is great for when I need a clean, quiet, professional place to get some work done, dropping in and out. As hot desking buildings go its a bit of treat visiting something with character like this - definitely give this a go
