        Have been here for BVA scheme eye testing. As always great professional service.

        Vet "went home" and no idea when he's coming back, clients waiting and running really behind and receptionist can only tell me minimum half hour wait or longer Very anxious Dog in my arms visibaly shaking (even soiled) and another clients Dog barking at us, trying to get out to the car saying il wait outside or come back in half hour and receptionist just making it really awkward telling me if I do that I lose my place

        Rob and his staff are absolutely amazing.Back in September our Exotic Shorthair Cat had serious eye problem and a big bust abscess on her left cheek. She spent 5 days in the hospital and reciewed excellent care and is still being seen. We can't recommend Rob and his team enough. We are very grateful. Thankyou
