Vanessa is highly professional and knowledgeable. She put me at ease, and was easy to talk to. She was focused and quick. She was clear about the aim of skin camouflage-what it can and cannot do. She was thorough and constantly checking progress. Highly recommend.

I attended this practice on Saturday 11th February and I saw Vanessa Davis. On my arrival I was greeted by a lovely lady at the reception who booked me in and offered me a drink while I waited. I then proceeded to see Vanessa who put me at ease straight away. Vanessa was very dignified and when it came to applying the products she was soft and gentle and she gave me the confidence to have a go myself. Seeing my scar covered nearly had me in tears and Vanessa was so compassionate about my feelings. I left my appointment with a good feeling and a little bit of confidence again. I would highly recommend this practice and the staff within as they are very professional and understanding. I would like to thank you all for making the experience as complete as possible. I would highly recommend Vanessa. I wasn't expecting too much but she had some fantastic solutions that really did make a difference to my scar. She immediately put me at ease and explained the different options and having thought there was nothing that would help I am now feeling so much more positive. Thank you Vanessa.

Vanessa was great at putting patient at ease. Very informative and through. Great that this type of treatment is available to help patients having to deal with physical injuries and scars. Highly recommended.
