Rosedale Property Agents (Sales)

It's taken 3 attempts for us to buy a property the first two fell through due to the sellers having problems and not being in a place to be able to complete the purchase. Rosedale were the agents for the first attempted sale a year ago and also for the 3rd attempt which we have just bought. On both occasions I found all the staff that i spoke to professional, courteous and more than helpful. And a special mention to our assigned agent Becky, who had bucketfuls of patience and was willing to stick her neck out when solicitors weren't providing information or on a go slow.

Recently purchased a property through Rosedale Stamford. Beckys professionalism has been absolutely faultless since the first viewing, all the way up to completion. A stressful process at times, but always strived to assist in any way possible. Looking forward to selling via Rosedale in the coming years!

Rosedales - Becky McManus [Sales]. The sale of our home took six months to complete and went to the very last day for exchange. Becky went above and beyond, had it not been for her continued diligence, sheer tenacity and communications between parties right to the end this sale would not have got over the line in time. I am sure our purchasers would also endorse these comments, as the issues faced were outside of their control too. Excellent experience from both sides! I both bought and then sold my property with Rosedale. They were very helpful explaining the process to me as a first time buyer a couple years ago, and then again with the sale recently. Would recommend them highly!
