All Saints Post Office

Rude staff. Complained that what I needed doing was a 10 minute job and they shut in 5 minutes. Minus the complaining it took him less than 5 minutes. Wouldn't recommend. Terrible customer service.

Rude, obnoxious, unhelpful staff, in particular one of the male members of staff who has zero manners and customer service is definitely not his key skill! The female staff are equally as bad. They have some serious attitude problems going on in this branch.

I will never use this PO again. Most of the staff are rude and hellbent on upselling everything to special delivery no matter what you say. I even had one write on my receipt that I declined it!! I send hundreds of work items and know what is needed and expected to send docs. Also, when sending personal items from eBay, for example, you know what they have agreed to and paid for. You dont want someone pushing you again and again. Mailed in hundreds of POs around the UK and never came across anyone like this.

Terrible. Queue goes back 45 ish people deep. Temp at 3c outside not good.

Pretty good, wide range of goods and services. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful, unfortunately there is one who consistently really isn't. Nearly always has a long queue. Edit for Covid/Christmas update: Expect to queue outside for 15-30 minutes. Only 2 customers allowed in at a time, so there is a permanent queue outside of at least 10.
