        I had an ATAG boiler fitted by a very unprofessional installer (NOT MasterHeat) a few days ago. Desperate for a solution, I looked for ATAG partners in my area and found MasterHeat contact details. When I called them, my call was answered bu Shaun. He was extremely understanding and spent almost 45minutes on the phone with me, explaining what he would do in my situation. I found this very generous because he did not charge me for his time and advice, and he could have said that it was my problem for using another engineer. Moreover, very professionally, he advised that I should not instruct him personally and, instead, I should ask the company that installed my boiler in the first place to request MasterHeat's support. While I had no work carried out by him yet, from our conversation I found him very trustworthy, reasonable and competent. I will most certainly use his services in the future.
