        First impressions are excellent. Fast response to a call out for a broken OKI printer - arrived following morning. Pleasant, polite and very helpful. Printer was fixed quickly and the printer was left beautifully clean and looking/working as good as new. Delighted and would thoroughly recommend.

        My laptop hadnt downloaded any files since June 2018! It said that each file I tried to download had a virus. I had tried various different things to fix it myself, all to no avail. I took it to Vince at Red Kite and he had it fixed within a few hours. Hes very friendly and helpful, explains what hes doing/done and I highly recommend him.

        Outstanding. I contacted Red Kite to get some advice about my printer. Vince came out to my house, looked at the problem and sorted it. Not only this he offered advice and suggested that if I were to get a new printer I would be better served buying direct. This is well beyond any other support I have had for any technology. I was not charged for his time despite my willingness to do so. This was an excellent experience.
