We used Holly for the first time this week and we'd like to leave a little review for her company. We were recommended to Basil's Barbers by a friend and we were more than happy. We were able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time which is a real problem in the town we live. We were given a choice of times/dates to suit us. A video was sent to show us their location which helped as we weren't familiar with that part of town. We were also sent an online form to confirm what we'd like carried out. This was again confirmed when we visited the parlour. Our dog was VERY overdue a cut as we couldn't get him booked into our 'usual' groomers, Holly took extra time to work with our cocker spaniel and gave him a really good cut which we were more than pleased with. We'll definitely be using Holly's services again.
