What a superb agent! We recently purchased our dream house through Sowden Wallis, and how lucky we were, to find both an amazing house, and excellent estate agent to buy it through all at the same time. Further down the chain there were some unexpected issues and delays that could have potentially up ended everything, but Tom calmly and professionally helped us all navigate the chain throughout the process and helped to calm my worries when things got too stressful! Excellent communication, no question or issue was ever too much trouble. Tom was professional, friendly and reassuring throughout. Honestly, If I could give an extra star I would! Sowden Wallis have just sold my mums bungalow for us. As it was leasehold, and in the grounds of a residential care home, there were a few extra hurdles to be navigated. Very many thanks to Tom and Zoe, who were efficient, helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. I can highly recommend the Sowden Wallis team.
