        Thank you so much to Mr Thompson & his colleague today for their outstanding customer service whilst helping my husband with a problem using the Hermes drop off. Its so refreshing to hear and witness kind individuals that willingly go out of their way to help. Well done Gents

        Excellent service. They helped me to return a Hermes parcel today. It wasnt straight forward for me as it was my first return but the helpful gentleman behind the counter was brilliant! Couldnt do enough for me. We managed it eventually. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend this shop and garage. All the time I was there a steady flow of people in and out. Obviously they see the great customer service too! Fantastic!
