        I have visited three times VALERIA GROZA for my upper back pains. She is very knowledgeable and skilled and explains what she is doing. She is really professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

        Matt has resolved shoulder pain issues and upper thoracic spine problems ,which others haven't been able to do ,allowing me to get back to the gym .He is also working on chronic shin splints ,a slower process but getting there. He's excellent ,highly recimmend him .

        Matt has/is being absolutely brilliant helping me mend damage I did to my shoulder over four years ago but am finally getting around to sorting. He is professional, knowledgable, considerate and thoughtful with all his excersis ideas and my lifestyle and has managed to (within two session) create such an improvement in my mobility and strength of my arm I am so delighted. Cannot recommend him enough. Absolutely brilliant man and magician. Thank you
