        My charm never arrived as my auto fill had not put first line of address!Great communication and refunded me and chased it up themselves.This has made me realise what an amazing company this is so will definitely order from again and would recommend to friends.Thank you

        I went into RUBIROX as a beautiful necklace caught my eye. Well what an amazing experience....it was a Thomas Sabo necklace and the lady who I spoke to in the shop is so friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and happy trying on the necklace.. I didn't get the ladies name who worked there but I can say it was a real treat and pleasure to purchase. I will definitely be going back to purchase more jewellery as I am so impressed with the excellent customer service and amazing variety of jewellery they have in the shop.
